H's New Home

Toys! You gotta have them! I've really tried to be selective with the toys that I buy for H - for several reasons. 1. I dont want him to get used to having "everything" 2. We don't have ROOM for "everything" 3. After he outgrows all these toys, I have no place to store "everything". I have tried to choose toys that would be things he would play with for a while - and most importantly, toys that actually teach him something.

That being said, Ive researched this Fisher Price Learning Home for at least a month... taken a Facebook poll asking all my friends about it, and the only response I got was "its definitely a must have."

So, I finally decided H needed it! :) And what better time than for his 9 month birthday! I got it last Friday and put it together after he went to bed so he could play with it when he woke up Saturday morning.

Seeing it for the first time....









Very good purchase!! He loves it!! His favorite things are opening and closing the mailbox (and getting the mail out of the mailbox) and opening and closing the window!

After working around the "house" for a while, he was ready for a morning snack....
