Tagged by Brandy

Brandy Verwiel tagged me last week, so I guess I'll give this a try!

What was I doing 10 years ago?
Lets see....in 1998 I was a freshmen at College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri. Gosh that seems like ages ago...but at the same time, it feels like I should still be there. Its hard to believe I'm REALLY an adult...every now and then it catches me off guard when I think about it! ha!

Anyway, I was absolutely LOVING living in Missouri. I was growing in my relationship with Christ like never before. I was learning that every one was not blessed with an excellent Christian family like I was. And life outside of the bubble that I had always lived in was much different than the little world I knew. I was learning that Christianity was more than what you believed...it was what you lived.

The music that was popular in 1998:
(when I went off to college the world of Christian music was opened to me...I didn't know there was actually cool christian music until then. Batesville was too full of heathens I guess! So this is what I was listening to then...not sure what was "popular".)

1. My Hope Is You - Third Day
2. Hope to Carry On - Caedmon's Call
3. Lord I Lift Your Name on High - Petra
4. Let Us Pray - Steven Curtis Chapman
5. Circle of Friends - Point of Grace
6. The Measure of a Man - 4Him
7. Colored People - dc Talk
8. Love Song for a Savior - Jars of Clay
9. Saving the World - Clay Crosse
10. People Get Ready...Jesus is Comin' - Crystal Lewis

Five things on my to-do list today: (this is EASY...I ALWAYS have a list! But just 5? Because I have way more than that on my list! )

1. Get to work EARLY (check!)
2. Deposit state tax refund check in the bank
3. Finish my Dam Breach presentation
4. Call EarthLink to see why in the world I received a bill from them when I have not received any service through them!
5. Make an appointment to get my hair cut

Five things I'd do if I were a billionaire:
1. Help my family members take care of a few things
2. Quit my job and start having babies!
3. Buy some land and build a big log cabin
4. Get my husband a new Duck hunting boat
5. Put the rest in the bank and give when opportunities to minister come along

Five bad habits:
1. Biting my finger nails
2. Not being able to say NO (I easily get too much on my plate!)
3. Forgetting people's names (that's not really a habit, but a very uncomfortable problem)
4. Doing something else while talking on the phone and not really paying attention to what they are saying! (except for my husband, mom, dad, sister-in-law, best friend,.... ;)
5. Staying up too late and then not wanting to get up in the morning

Places I've lived:
1. Batesville, MS
2. Point Lookout, MO
3. Starkville, MS
4. Columbia, SC
5. Raymond, MS

Five Jobs I've had:
1. High School: putting office furniture together at an office supply store
2. College of the Ozarks: worked at a green house
3. Mississippi State: worked as a Network Technician (my sister-in-law was my boss! I got away with anything!)
4. Right after college: Inspected the asphalt when they were re-doing Hwy 82 between Winona and Starkville. All day I stuck dump trucks with a thermometer to see if the asphalt temperature was suitable (Glamour job for sure!)
5. Currently: Research Hydraulic Engineer (Its all about your "title"! ha!)

I want to know more about (nice way of saying tag)...
1. Nicole
2. Martha Margaret (so she will BLOG something for goodness sake!)
3. Debbie
