Back to the real world...

Well, fantasy land is over...now back to the routine of the real world. Our last couple of days in Gatlinburg were very relaxing. We found the National Parks version of monopoly in the cabin on Thursday and played it ALL day. Scott skunked me our first game...but the second game he didn't have the same luck! Friday we left the cabin planning on going hiking but when we got to the National Forest it was FREEZING...so we decided to do some "hiking" from the car. We spent about three hours driving around and stopping every few minutes just long enough to snap a picture and jump back in the car. The snow was beautiful! When we got to the top of the mountain, it was 17 degrees! Nearly 20 degrees colder than it was at the bottom!! But the view was well worth it!!

We got up early Saturday morning and headed home so we would have time to stop along the way to break up the trip. We took our longest break in Chattanooga and visited Ruby Falls! It was amazing. Its a cave that is 270 feet below the surface and has a 140 foot waterfall in it!! We learned all about the history of the cave and about the man that first found it - he named the waterfall after his wife, Ruby.

I forgot to mention before, on our way to Gatlinburg on Sunday, i think everyone that passed us was giving us a thumbs up, a wave, or at least a big grin...it must have been the "Just Married" written on the back of our window! Ha Ha! It was so much fun!! We saw several more "Just Married" cars while we were there too! The whole week couldn't have been any more perfect! And to top it off, when I got back to work this morning, the name plate outside my office already said WOODMAN W. BERRY!!

We are so excited to be married and look forward to what the future holds for us! Thank you again for all your prayers and support! None of this would be possible without the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and the Giver of ALL good gifts!

I'm so happy that the wedding and honeymoon were so wonderful for you! Your descriptions of the honeymoon in the mountains made me want to go back to our honeymoon, also in the Smokey Mtns!

I'd love to see pics of you in your dress, since I couldn't make it to the wedding!
